Our Masterpiece Commitment
Your portraits are sacred. This document outlines exactly how Boudoir By RDMimagery protects your identity, your images, and your peace of mind — at every step of the experience.
Your Photos
Nobody sees your photos but you and Robert. We never post, share or use them anywhere without your written permission. Erotica sessions are stored offline only, never on the internet. The photos you buy come in a password-protected gallery you can download right away. We remove your gallery 90 days after delivery and don't keep backup copies, so save your photos somewhere safe. Photos you don't choose are deleted within 7 days.
Image Security & Storage Airtight
We treat your portraits as highly sensitive data. All session images are stored on secure, encrypted local drives and protected digital portals (17hats / Pixieset). Access is strictly limited to the primary photographer (Robert Mahase). No third parties — including hair and makeup artists or studio assistants — have access to your final unedited or edited gallery without your knowledge.
Model Release & Public Usage
Boudoir By RDMimagery operates on a "Privacy by Default" standard. NO images will be shared, published, or used for marketing purposes unless a separate, explicit Model Release is signed by the Muse after the image reveal. You maintain 100% control over which images, if any, are shared.
Data Retention & Deletion Policy
To ensure the highest level of security, any images not purchased during the Same-Day Reveal are purged from our active servers within 7 days. For purchased art, we retain the Masterpiece Portrait files for a period of 90 days to ensure successful production and delivery. Clients may request the permanent destruction of all session data and raw files at any time following the completion of their order.
Third-Party Disclosure
We do not sell your data. We only share necessary details (Name / Address) with our museum-grade printing labs to fulfill your physical art orders. We use Zelle and encrypted banking portals for financials; we never store your credit card or bank details on our internal servers.
Right to Erasure
Clients have the right to request a full report of their stored data or the immediate deletion of their file archives by contacting Robert directly at 347-657-8448.
